Title/Slug Bulk Scorer
Audit a whole content cluster against ChatGPT fanout — in under 5 minutes
What it does
Title/Slug Bulk Scorer is the multi-page mode of Title/Slug Relevance Scorer. Instead of auditing one URL at a time, you paste up to 25 URLs and get a worst-first ranking with composite score, per-field score, AI rewrite suggestions and CSV export — designed for SEO managers running monthly audits or working through a content cluster. Supports two modes: shared seed keyword (all URLs scored against the same keyword) or per-URL keyword (each line follows the format `URL,keyword` — works when pages span different topics). Processes 3 URLs in parallel with live progress bar. Fault-tolerant — if one URL fails, the others still complete, and you only pay for successful scorings.
The Problem
You have a hundred indexed pages and no efficient way to prioritize which to rewrite first.
- Auditing pages one by one takes hours — not scalable for monthly reviews
- You don't know which pages have the worst AI fanout match
- CSV export is missing in single-mode — hard to track progress over time
- When pages span different topics, shared keyword doesn't work — you need per-URL keywords
The Solution
Score 25 URLs at once with worst-first sorting, multi-keyword support, and CSV export.
- Up to 25 URLs per run, processed 3 in parallel — typically 5 minutes total
- Shared OR per-URL seed keyword mode — handles single-topic clusters and mixed-topic audits
- Sorted worst-first so you immediately see priorities
- CSV export with seedKeyword column for tracking changes over time
- Drill-in per row to see current vs suggested title/slug + AI rewrite rationale
Features
- Up to 25 URLs per run: Paste one URL per line (or comma-separated). We process 3 URLs in parallel with live progress bar.
- Multi-keyword mode: Choose shared seed keyword (fastest) or per-URL keyword on `URL,keyword` format per line. Mixed input supported with fallback keyword.
- Sorted worst-first: Worst composite score on top — you immediately see which pages need work most.
- CSV export for tracking: Download full report (composite, title, slug, coverage, current vs suggested, seed keyword) for tracking over time.
- Per-URL drill-in: Click a row to see current vs suggested title/slug + rationale, without leaving the bulk view.
How it works
- Paste the URL list: Up to 25 URLs, one per line. Empty lines OK, comma-separated also works.
- Choose keyword mode: Shared seed keyword for the whole set (fastest), or per-URL keyword on `URL,keyword` format per line when pages span different topics.
- We score in parallel: 3 URLs at a time, 10-15s per page. Live progress bar shows how far you've come.
- Export and prioritize: CSV with all 25 rows, or drill into the table per URL to see rewrite suggestions directly.
FAQ
- What's the difference from single mode?
- Single mode (Title/Slug Relevance Scorer) is optimal for a quality deep-dive on one page with full insight + UX. Bulk mode is for prioritization: scores multiple pages at once, sorts them worst-first, and gives CSV export. Both use the same service and embedding pipeline — bulk is a flow optimization.
- Why 12 credits per URL instead of 15?
- 20% bulk discount to make monthly audits economical. 25 URLs × 12 credits = 300 credits, vs 25 × 15 = 375 in single mode. The discount reflects that the user goes through one UX flow instead of 25, but our cost on Perplexity/Gemini/embeddings is roughly the same.
- Can I use different seed keywords per URL?
- Yes. Switch to "Per-URL keyword" mode at the top of the form, and paste lines in the format `URL,seed-keyword` (comma- or TAB-separated). You can mix: lines without a keyword use the fallback field. Each row runs its own fanout pipeline and is scored against its own keyword. The same bulk discount of 12 credits per URL applies in either mode.
- What happens if some URLs fail?
- The bulk flow is fault-tolerant. Each URL is independent — if one fails (fetch-url timeout, invalid URL), the row is marked "failed" at the bottom of the table, but the other URLs still complete. You're only charged for successful scorings (CreditGuard refunds failed ones as needed).
