Integration Manager
What it does
Centralized overview of all SEO integrations — Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs and others. Checks status and alerts about issues.
Your SEO tool chain is fragmented and you're losing data without knowing it
Modern SEO requires data from many sources — Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, PageSpeed Insights and more. Each tool has its own API connection, its own authentication requirements and its own failure modes. When an integration fails — an API key expires, an access token isn't renewed, or a service changes its API — you lose data without knowing it. You only discover it when you need the data and it's not there. The result is gaps in reporting, incorrect analyses and decisions based on incomplete data.
- API connections failing silently without notification — you lose data without knowing it
- Expired API keys and access tokens that aren't renewed automatically
- No centralized overview of which integrations work and which have problems
- Manual checking of each integration is time-consuming and often forgotten

Why use Integration Manager?
Data is the foundation of all good SEO. Without reliable data from Search Console, Analytics and other tools you're flying blind. But most SEO teams discover integration problems only when they need the data — and then it's too late. Gaps in data can't be filled retroactively, and decisions based on incomplete data can be costly.
Integration Manager eliminates this problem by monitoring all your integrations continuously. You get alerts instantly when something fails, so you can fix the problem before you lose data. Proactive alerts about expiring API keys mean you're never surprised by a sudden failure.
For Nordic SEO teams working with multiple markets and languages, Integration Manager is especially valuable. With separate Search Console properties for each country, Analytics views for each language, and third-party tools for each market, the integration chain can become extremely complex. Integration Manager gives you overview and control of the entire chain in one place.
FAQ
- Which integrations are supported?
- Integration Manager supports all the most common SEO tool chains: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google PageSpeed Insights, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and more. We continuously add new integrations based on user requests. Each integration has its own health check adapted to the service's specific API requirements and failure modes.
- How am I notified when something fails?
- You can choose between email notifications, Slack notifications, or both. Notifications are sent immediately when an integration fails, and you also get proactive alerts 7 days before API keys expire. The dashboard shows real-time status with green (all OK), yellow (warning) and red (error) indicators so you can quickly see what needs attention.
- Can Integration Manager fix problems automatically?
- For many common problems — yes. Access tokens are renewed automatically when possible. For problems requiring manual action (e.g., an expired API key), you get step-by-step guidance to fix the issue. The tool also diagnoses the cause of the error so you don't have to troubleshoot manually.
- Does monitoring affect my API quotas?
- No — Integration Manager uses minimal API calls for health checks. We use lightweight ping requests and check authentication status without consuming your data quota. Typically the health check uses less than 1% of the daily API quota for each service.
- Does this work for agencies with many clients?
- Yes — Integration Manager is designed for scale. You can organize integrations per client, get separate notifications for each client, and see a combined overview of all clients on one dashboard. For agencies with 50+ clients this is especially valuable because manually checking integrations for each client is practically impossible.
