AI Content Compliance — User Guide
NordicPulse AI tool for checking compliance with Google's AI-generated content guidelines.
What is AI Content Compliance?
AI Content Compliance checks whether a webpage follows Google's guidelines for AI-generated content. The tool evaluates four areas: AI disclosure, IPTC image metadata, author/organization attribution, and optionally Merchant Center compliance for product pages.
How to use the tool
1. Enter URL
Enter the URL of the page you want to check. Works best on pages that use AI-generated content.
2. Select options
- Merchant Center check (optional): Enable if the page has product listings
3. Start check
Click "Check" to begin. The tool fetches the HTML, analyzes disclosure signals, image metadata, schema markup, and product structure.
4. Read the results
You get:
- Overall score (0-100) with risk level (low/medium/high)
- AI disclosure: Is AI usage transparently disclosed?
- IPTC metadata: Do images have proper metadata?
- Attribution: Is author and organization properly attributed via schema?
- Merchant Center (if enabled): Do product pages follow the rules?
- Detailed compliance checks with pass/warning/fail per item
- Prioritized recommendations
