Citation Architect
Citation Architect builds a prioritized plan for earning the citations AI search engines pick up: which sources to get into, ready-made outreach templates, content recommendations and an action plan with timeframes. The result is AI analysis based on your brand and topics, labeled as AI analysis in the app.
Who it's for
Anyone who knows AI visibility requires citations from sources the models trust, but doesn't know where to start. The plan turns "get cited more" into a concrete list.
Prerequisites
- Starter plan or higher
- 15 credits per plan
- Brand name, industry and at least one topic
Step by step
- Enter your brand name and industry.
- List your topics, one per line. The plan is built around these.
- Set how established the brand is (low, medium or high authority); the plan adjusts its ambition level.
- Generate. Credits are refunded automatically if generation fails.
Reading the results
- The Citation Score summarizes your starting point.
- The source list (8 to 12 sources) is the core: each source has authority, difficulty, impact and a concrete first step. Sort mentally by low difficulty and high impact, and start there.
- The outreach templates are ready to copy and adapt; follow-up timing is stated per template.
- The action plan gives the sequence with priority and timeframe per item.
The plan is not saved in the app; copy what you want to keep.
Common problems
- "Could not parse the AI response": try again; failed runs are refunded automatically.
- A generic plan: use narrower topics. "Accounting software for sole proprietors" yields better sources than "finance".
Limitations
- The sources are the AI's suggestions based on your industry, not a verified database; confirm a source is actually relevant before investing in outreach.
- No persistence.
