Client Sentinel
Client Sentinel is a read view over your rankings: the latest measured position per domain and keyword, the movement since the previous measurement, and search volume. The numbers are real, stored measurements written by Daily Rank Tracker; Client Sentinel runs no searches of its own and never estimates anything. If a measurement is missing, it says "not measured".
Who it's for
Anyone following up their own or clients' rankings who wants one consolidated, honest status picture without opening the full rank tracker.
Prerequisites
- Daily Rank Tracker must be in use; it produces the measurements. Without it, the view is empty
- Opening and refreshing the overview currently deducts no credits
Step by step
- Open the tool. The latest measurements load automatically.
- Use the Refresh button to fetch the newest numbers.
Reading the results
- The stat cards count keywords improved, dropped and unchanged, plus average position. First-time measurements are marked "new" and not counted as movement.
- The table shows position, change with direction, volume and measurement time per keyword.
- The stale banner appears when the latest measurement is over 14 days old. Take it seriously: numbers without freshness are not a basis for decisions.
Common problems
- Empty view: you have no measurements yet. Set up Daily Rank Tracker first.
- A load error: try Refresh; errors are always shown openly rather than hidden.
Limitations
- Shows the latest 500 measurements.
- Competitor monitoring is deliberately not part of the view yet.
