Delegation Engine
Delegation Engine translates audit findings into a work brief someone else can execute. You paste in the findings, choose who will do the work (developer, writer or junior SEO), and the AI writes a delegation-ready instruction: summary, concrete tasks with steps, the context the recipient needs, and a suggested deadline.
The entire brief is AI-generated from your findings. Time estimates and deadlines are suggestions, not measurements; adjust them against your own experience with the team.
Who it's for
Anyone who does the SEO analysis themselves but has others execute: agencies delegating to developers, solo founders ordering from freelancers, or team leads who want to skip writing instructions by hand.
Prerequisites
- Logged-in account with enough credits
- 20 credits per brief
- At least one finding with a title. Domain is optional.
Step by step
- Pick a role: developer, writer or junior SEO. The role controls the language and level of detail in the brief.
- Enter the findings: title, description, severity and category per row. The three presets (technical, content, mixed) give you a template to start from.
- Enter the domain if the brief concerns one specific site.
- Generate the brief.
Reading the results
- The summary is what the recipient reads first; check that it lands before you send it.
- The task list expands per task, with steps and an estimate. The estimates are AI suggestions.
- The context section explains why the tasks matter, in the recipient's own terms.
- Copy the whole brief or download it as a Markdown file. Results are not saved to your account, so take them with you before leaving the page.
Common problems
- Button disabled: at least one finding needs a non-empty title.
- Generation fails: credits are refunded automatically. Try again with fewer or clearer findings.
Limitations
- Three roles are available; the brief cannot be tailored to profiles other than developer, writer and junior SEO.
- The tool does not pull findings automatically from other analyses; you enter them yourself.
- Results are not saved.
Related tools
