Findings Inbox
The Findings Inbox is the collection point for findings the other tools and agents produce: technical errors, content gaps, improvement suggestions. Each finding arrives with a severity, a source tool and often a concrete fix suggestion, and you work through them like a task list: open, in progress, done or dismissed.
Everything you see is real rows in your database. The inbox makes no AI calls itself; it displays and updates what has already been found.
Who it's for
Anyone who runs analyses regularly and wants one place to follow up findings instead of losing them in old reports.
Prerequisites
- Logged-in account. The inbox costs no credits.
- Findings to show: they are created by other tools and agents, not here. A monthly quota per account level limits how many new findings are accepted; the quota status is shown at the top.
Step by step
- Open the inbox. Findings are sorted under the status tabs, with counters per tab.
- Filter by severity or source tool when the list grows long.
- Open a finding: read the description and the fix suggestion, and follow the link to the affected page when there is one.
- Move the finding to "in progress" when you start, "done" when it is resolved, or "dismissed" when it is not relevant. Deleting requires confirmation.
Reading the results
- The momentum strip at the top shows the flow: how much is identified, started and completed.
- The severity badges were set by the tool that created the finding; use them to prioritize, not as verdicts.
- The quota badge shows how many new findings the account has accepted this month.
Common problems
- Empty inbox: no tool has delivered findings yet. Run an analysis that produces findings first.
- A status change seems to disappear: on errors the change is rolled back and the list reloads; try again.
Limitations
- The inbox shows the latest 500 findings.
- Findings cannot be created or edited manually here, only moved between statuses and deleted.
