GBP Optimizer
GBP Optimizer assesses how complete your Google Business profile is, based on what you report yourself: you fill in a form about the profile (description, categories, services, photos, reviews, posting frequency), and the tool scores it against a fixed rule set in eight sections. The AI then writes an optimized business description you can paste straight in, plus a follow-up checklist.
Note the premise: the tool does not read your Google profile. The score applies to what you entered in the form, so be honest when filling it in, otherwise you are assessing a profile that does not exist. The scoring itself is deterministic (same answers give the same score); the description and checklist are AI-generated.

Local businesses who want to know what their Google profile is missing and get a ready-written description, without connecting anything.
Prerequisites
- Logged-in account. The tool is free.
- Business name and industry are required; the more of the twelve fields you fill in, the more accurate the assessment.
Step by step
- Fill in the form with the numbers and texts from your profile as it actually looks today.
- Run the analysis.
- Read the section cards, copy the optimized description, and generate the checklist for execution.
Reading the results
- The total score (0 to 100) shows how complete the profile is against the rule set.
- The section cards expand: each finding has a recommendation and an impact badge. Take the red ones first.
- The optimized description is AI-written from your form input; proofread before pasting it into your Google Business profile.
- Copy full report puts everything on the clipboard.
Results are not saved; copy out what you want to keep.
Common problems
- Button disabled: business name and industry must be filled in.
- No optimized description in the result: the AI call failed silently; the score and sections still show. Rerun the analysis to get the description.
Limitations
- No connection to Google Business Profile; everything builds on self-reporting.
- The AI description is currently generated in Norwegian, even when the app language is English.
- Results are not saved.
