Illustration Studio
Illustration Studio generates illustrations with AI from a text description. You write what you want, pick quality and optional filters, and get an image you can adjust with undo/redo, vary, filter and download. A template library provides ready starting points for common image types.
The images are one hundred percent AI-generated. Standard quality runs through our servers; Ultra 4K requires your own Google key (BYOK), which is stored only locally in your browser.
Who it's for
Anyone who needs illustrations for articles, ads or social media without waiting for a designer or digging through stock photos.
Prerequisites
- Logged-in account with enough credits
- 30 credits per generation with the main button. Variants and the template buttons are not billed separately as of August 4, 2026.
- A text description of the image. For Ultra 4K: your own Google API key.
Step by step
- Describe the image in the text field, or start from a template. Use "Enhance prompt" to let the AI expand your description.
- Pick quality: standard or Ultra 4K (requires a BYOK key).
- Generate, then adjust: filters with intensity, variants for alternative takes, undo/redo in the history.
- Download the result.
Reading the results
- The preview shows the image with the chosen filter; filters are visual adjustments on top of the image, not new generations.
- The variant gallery offers three alternative takes to choose from.
- The watermark "Generated by NordicPulse.ai" sits on images at most account levels; Agency and Enterprise download without it.
Images are stored in your gallery with us; settings (quality, filter) are remembered locally in your browser.
Common problems
- Generation fails: credits are refunded automatically. Try a more concrete description.
- "BYOK required" on Ultra 4K: add your own Google key in settings, or switch to standard quality.
- The filter looks different in the download: download again after selecting the filter; it is baked in at download time.
Limitations
- No uploading of your own images for editing; the tool generates.
- Text inside images remains a weak point for image models; avoid prompts requiring precise typography.
- Filter names are shown in Norwegian even when the app language is English.
- The tool also answers on the illustrasjon-studio address; same studio.
