Memory Vault
Memory Vault distills your project notes into a structured summary: key points, tags and concrete next steps. You paste raw context — meeting notes, emails, thoughts — and get back a tidy project status to share or build on.
Be aware of one important limitation in the current version: the summary is stored only locally in your browser, and no page in the app retrieves it again. Treat the tool as a one-shot distillation — copy the result to wherever you actually keep project documentation (as of 2026-08-06).
Who this tool is for
Anyone sitting on unstructured project notes who wants a quick, structured summary with next steps — without tidying manually.
Prerequisites
- Signed-in account
- 5 credits per run
- A project name and some context text to distill
How to use it
- Name the project.
- Paste the context — the more concrete, the better the next steps.
- Confirm the run in the credit dialog.
- Copy the result with the copy button and store it where your project lives.
How to read the result
- The summary is the AI's distillation of your own text — no outside information is added.
- Next steps are action suggestions derived from the context; sanity-check them before delegating.
- The tags work as topic labels in your own note system.
Common errors
- The run fails: credits are refunded automatically. Try with shorter context.
- Thin result: too little context. Paste more raw material — the tool summarizes, it does not guess.
Limitations
- No retrieval in the app: storage is local to your browser only, and nothing reads it back — clear your browser data or switch devices and it is gone. Always copy the result.
- The Save button in the toolbar does nothing today; use copy.
- Output is in Norwegian regardless of app language.
