Social Engagement Engine
Social Engagement Engine finds fresh posts on X and LinkedIn where your keywords are being discussed, and writes three reply suggestions per post in the tone you choose. If you log which replies you actually used and how they performed, the tool learns from it — outcomes feed into future suggestions.
Posts are found via real search (Google's index of X/LinkedIn), and the suggestions are AI-generated. The tool has no direct platform API access — it finds what is searchable, not the full stream. Reply suggestions currently arrive in Norwegian regardless of app language.
Who this tool is for
Anyone building visibility by joining relevant conversations — who wants to spend the time replying, not hunting.
Prerequisites
- Signed-in account (growth tier in the catalog)
- 25 credits per run
- Brand name and 1–5 keywords; competitors and brand voice are optional
How to use it
- Fill in brand name and keywords, pick platform and tone.
- Run — you get up to 15 posts with relevance scores and three reply suggestions each.
- Adapt the suggestion and reply on the platform yourself.
- Log the reply you used, and record the outcome later (positive/neutral/negative) — that is how the suggestions improve.
How to read the result
- The relevance score prioritizes which posts deserve your time.
- The three suggestions take different angles — pick the one that fits the conversation, not the first one.
- The log is your memory across runs; outcome feedback adjusts future suggestions.
Common errors
- The run fails: credits are refunded automatically.
- Zero posts found: the run counts as successful and is not refunded — try broader keywords.
- Posts without suggestions: individual suggestions can fail silently; the others are still usable.
Limitations
- Reply suggestions arrive in Norwegian even for English posts — translate before posting in English threads.
- The tool never posts anything itself; publishing happens on the platform.
- Searchable ≠ complete: private or very fresh posts outside the index are not captured.
