What is Video → Blog?
Video → Blog takes a YouTube URL, automatically fetches the transcript, and uses AI to generate a complete, SEO-optimized blog article. Perfect for repurposing webinars, podcast episodes, and YouTube content as blog posts.
How to use
1. Paste YouTube URL
Paste the link to the YouTube video you want to convert. The tool fetches the transcript automatically. If automatic fetching fails, you can paste the transcript manually.
2. Configure the article
- Target keyword (optional): Enter the keyword you want the article optimized for.
- Language: Choose Norwegian or English.
- Tone: Professional, casual, academic, or conversational.
- Word count: 800, 1,200, 1,800, or 2,500 words.
- Content Capsule format (optional): Structures the article in a format optimized for AI search engines.
3. Generate the article
Click "Generate article". The AI analyzes the transcript and produces a finished article with:
- Headings (H2/H3)
- Short, readable paragraphs
- Natural keyword usage
- Introduction and conclusion
4. Copy and publish
Use the copy button to copy the article. Paste it into your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and make any adjustments before publishing.
Cost
20 credits per article generation. Includes transcript fetching and AI generation.
Data integrity
- Transcript fetched directly from YouTube via Edge Function
- AI generation uses Gemini via aiProxy (server-side)
- No user data stored after generation

- Longer videos produce better articles — more content to work with
- Specific keywords give better SEO optimization than generic terms
