Reputation Shield
What it does
Scans Google's top 10 for your brand name and review variants, classifies each result (your surfaces, review platforms, social media, third party) and shows what is new or gone since your last scan. Real SERP data. Sentiment and review figures are not measured in this version.
Search results are your first impression, and you rarely look at them
When someone googles your company, the search results are the first thing they see. Negative reviews, incorrect information or old articles can take up space on the first page, and a customer forms an opinion before they ever visit your website.
- You do not know which pages rank for your brand right now
- Review sites and forums can rank above your own pages
- Changes in the search results go unnoticed until someone points them out
- Old articles can paint a picture of the company that is no longer accurate
A measured picture of the search results around your brand
Reputation Shield searches for your brand name and for variants with "reviews" and "complaints", sorts the results by type and compares them with your previous scan. An AI assessment is written only from the measured results and is clearly labelled as AI-generated.
- Google top 10 for your brand name and for searches on reviews and complaints
- Every result classified: your own surfaces, review platforms, social media or third party
- New and disappeared results since your previous scan
- An AI assessment that builds on the measurement and never invents results or figures
Features
- Real search results from Google, no estimates
- Each result classified with fixed rules, not by AI
- Scans are saved, so you can compare over time
- English search phrases when you use the tool in English: your brand name, "reviews" and "complaints"
How it works
- Enter your brand name and your domain
- The tool fetches the search results, classifies each result and compares them with your previous scan
- Read the report and the AI assessment, and run a new scan whenever you want to see what has changed
Use cases
- Businesses that want to know what customers see when they search for the brand
- Agencies that keep an eye on clients' brand searches as part of their SEO work
- Online stores where reviews weigh heavily in the purchase decision
Why follow the search results for your brand?
The search results for your brand are often the first thing a potential customer sees. If review platforms, forum threads or old articles rank above your own pages, they are the ones telling people who you are.
Reputation Shield gives you a measured picture instead of a hunch. You see which results are your own, which are reviews and which come from others, and what has changed since last time.
It is easier to act early. When a new result appears on the first page, you see it at your next scan rather than when a customer mentions it.
FAQ
- What does the tool measure?
- Google's top 10 for your brand name, and for the same brand name followed by "reviews" and "complaints". Each result is classified as your own surface, a review platform, a social network or a third party, and compared with your previous scan.
- Are sentiment and review counts measured?
- No, not in this version. Real review figures require a connection to Google Business Profile, and we never show estimates that look like measured numbers.
- Can the tool remove negative search results?
- No. The tool cannot remove content from the internet. You see what ranks and what has changed, and can decide from there where to put your effort.
- Are the search results monitored automatically?
- No. You run the scan whenever you like, and each new scan is compared with the previous one.
- Which Google market is searched?
- You choose. The default is Norway, and the search phrases follow the market: a scan of Sweden uses Swedish phrases, a scan of the United States uses English ones. The result shows which market it was measured in.
